Many practices I work with these days are asking so many questions about how to achieve Meaningful Use.  There is so much confusion out there even though there is so much information. Sometimes the issues with staff can be traced back to officers, managers and providers of a medical practice.  No finger pointing here, just stating that to lead by example means to only expect from employees what you yourself are willing to give.
