March 22, 2013

Pat is the author of the book “Design to Survive: 9 Ways an IKEA Approach Can Fix Health Care and Save Lives” and reveals her personal reasons as to why she is so committed to patient advocacy.

From My Clients

“Thank you for the invite to the recent workshop with you and Donna. I enjoyed the small class and felt like we were provided with a lot of valuable information. I always learn a lot from you and you always have a way of simplifying and making things easy to understand. I would recommend this workshop to any practice who is looking to implement/update their HIPAA policy manual. I look forward to continuing to work with you and Donna in the future.”
