Patient portals – one of the many benefits of your electronic health record system – are an excellent way to maximize interaction between your practice and your patients. However, in many cases, it’s difficult for patients to find the link to their health providers’ patient portals. Why not make it easy and put a link to the patient portal right on your website? Make sure to communicate with your patients to let them know where to find the portal link.
