Happy Valentine’s Day

Tuesday, February 14th, 2012

On this Valentine’s Day I want to say that loving others reminds us that in order to do so, we must first love ourselves.  In honor of Valentine’s Day I would like to recommend a quick daily meditation by Stin Hansen entitled I Love, Honor and Respect Myself. It is short and sweet but helps us to focus on how important it is to take care of ourselves and love comes from within.   To start the podcast, click on the heart below.

Tuesday, December 7th, 2010

Before we can move into any direction toward anything, a decision must be made.  Think about it – to move the car you must put it in drive first.  You may be longing for something different to happen in your medical practice, but cannot seem to make a move toward anything different.  It may seem to you that “something has to change” and you may have verbalized that to yourself more than once. Often times we find ourselves waiting for an external event to make us change or subsequently bring change into our lives.  Waiting for that outside thing (or [...]
